Ger and I formed Comerford Foley to give our clients the quality of service and advice they deserve along the way. I love what I do. Being part of our clients story and protecting them as they grow their business is what I get out of bed for in the morning. If we have helped even in a small way that’s a good feeling.

Comerford Foley was founded from a desire to create a firm that can help small business owners achieve their goals while at the same time create a better personal life for myself and my family. I love the constant interaction that we have with clients as they navigate their business decisions. Being involved in that process and seeing successful outcomes is very satisfying.

I started working with Comerford Foley in 2018, excited by all the different aspects involved in the role (management accounts, finance, tax work) but mostly attracted to the family culture of the firm. I love helping people and solving problems. A lot of business owners are worried about accounts, tax, cashflow – I believe it’s our job to reduce the worry or eliminate it altogether!

Coming from a 15 year stint working in sales for a number of large FMCG businesses, I joined Comerford Foley in 2018, moving into a fast moving office environment when I could make a difference, gain job satisfaction and have greater work life balance. As Office Manager, my job is all encompassing – dealing directly with clients, team and partners. We have so many nice clients that make my job a real joy – and I love getting stuff done!

I have always loved working with numbers. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction when everything balances! I’m a very organised person by nature so I love sorting books and records, getting everything processed and kept up to date. I joined the Comerford Foley team in 2015 having worked with Ger and Colin at a big four firm. The thing I love about CF is the relationship we have with our clients which I believe is so important. I consider them friends more than simply clients.

I joined Comerford Foley in June 2026 as a qualified accounting technician. I bring over three years’ experience in bookkeeping, VAT , accounts, and tax preparation to the team.

I was delighted to join such a welcoming team here. I truly love getting to meet our clients and learning more about them. I can already see how important this personal connection is to the success of Comerford Foley.

I am also continuing my educational journey through Chartered Accountants Ireland, and the team here are great for encouraging this path.

I joined the Comerford Foley team in March 2022. I studied science for 3 years in college and realised it wasn’t for me. I preferred numbers and figuring things out. I am really excited to be coming into a learning environment. I can combine practical learning with my studies and to use those skills to help our clients with their bookkeeping needs.

I joined Comerford Foley in 2026, attracted by the firm’s family-orientated approach and caring values. I love putting new procedures in place that help our clients work more efficiently, and I really value the appreciation and trust they show us. It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about payroll. It’s important to me that business owners know their teams are being looked after properly and ensuring everyone receives the correct pay on time. It’s my way of helping them.

I joined Comerford Foley in April 2026 having previously studied software systems development. I developed a stronger interest in working with numbers, which led me to pursue a career in accounting. I’m really enjoying being in a learning environment where I can build practical experience alongside my studies while also being part of a great team.

I joined Comerford Foley in 2025, after a period away from the workforce to look after my family. As a qualified accountant I have a lot of industry experience but the opportunity to join a local progressive practice really interested me. I am excited about helping new and existing clients with their financial reporting and management accounts to arm them with great information to help their businesses.
